We are actively pursuing — with our partners at GroundEffects — numerous projects allowing us to create adventures inspired by nature. Accessible, inclusive, contemplative and out of this world experiences where we allow guests to lead adventures at their own rhythm, letting Mother Nature do some of the programming.
We have multiple destinations in our pipeline as well as innovative, inspiring new concepts. Stay tuned to see what new heights we’ll be reaching!

Joint Venture — Development
Crave has partnered with Lune Rouge Real Estate for the redevelopment of Maison Alcan.
Located in Montréal’s highly desirable Golden Square Mile, Maison Alcan boasts a rich history with four of its seven buildings designated as historical landmarks. Our challenge is not only to redevelop this cherished downtown block, but also to ensure that the complex is not denatured in the process.
We are presently working on many spectacular mixed-use redevelopment options that we cannot wait to share with you. (renderings courtesy of Lemay)

White Elephant
New England, United States
Strategy, Development, Operational and Sales Advisory
The White Elephant is a historic coastal inn that has been considered a landmark since the 1920’s. What began as an eclectic mix of cottages has evolved into an unexpected blend of island charm and sophisticated amenities that are perfect for Nantucket, Massachusetts.
The Crave Group was called to deliver a development strategy, condominium hotel strategy, and advised on the sales and operations of the later.
Transit Oriented Developments
Various Locations, Canada
Joint Venture, Land Development, Masterplanning, Development
Suburban growth around Montréal has outpaced Montréal’s growth. As of the last census, off-island suburbs were growing 4x faster than on-island towns. A rapidly growing population, poor infrastructure, reintroduction of toll systems, and transit oriented PMAD policies have all combined to create ideal conditions for successful medium to large scale TODs. Crave is actively growing a portfolio of TODs under development or construction mostly on the south shore. Crave has participated in projects in Mont St-Hilaire, Delson and Châteauguay to name a few.
